Our Human Rights Policy is guided by international human rights principles encompassed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization`s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. For all projects and operations, SBCO mandates the following:

  • Prohibition of Forced Labor: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery, human trafficking, and forced, bonded, or compulsory labor.
  • Child Labor Avoidance: We strictly prohibit the use of child labor across all our operations and supply chains, adhering to international minimum age requirements.
  • Fair Wages and Hours: We ensure that all workers are compensated fairly, receiving at least the minimum wage required by local laws, and that working hours comply with applicable national standards and industry benchmarks.
