Please read these two important policies as they outline the essential conduct for our projects.
Before starting the application process, be
prepared with:
- Company license numbers
- State/province sales tax numbers
- State unemployment insurance numbers (if applicable)
- Information on recently completed projects inclusive of values
- Three supplier references (Company Name, Contact Name, Contact Information)
- Three contractor references (Company Name, Contact Name, Contact Information)
- Dun and Bradstreet number and rating
- W-9 or country specific tax form equivalent
- Underrepresented Business Enterprise (UBE) certification information
- Applicable Safety Rating Verification (EMR, Worksafe BC Clearance Letter, WSIB Clearance Certificate)
- Historical Safety Data (3-year history)
- Safety Program
- Current Financial Statement (CPA prepared preferred)
- ESG Program (if available)
- Published environment targets (if available)
- Modern slavery and human trafficking statement and/or policy (if available)
- Business Ethics Policy (if available)
- Banking information - Line of Credit letter from bank
- Surety information - Letter from Surety indicating project and aggregate limits
- Insurance information - Current sample certificate and additional insured endorsement forms
